Material Traceability, PMI and NDT in Chennai
Every Nobel Weld order ships with a documented quality record: material traceability from the heat number on the mill certificate, PMI, NDT and inspection reports, and a final data book.
Codes, procedures and tests are agreed in a quality assurance plan before work starts, and release can be by your nominated inspection agency.

Material traceability, PMI and NDT for reactive metals
Titanium and zirconium welds are accepted by colour as well as by NDT. Silver and light straw show the weld was fully shielded; darker colours show oxygen pick-up. We record the weld colour with the other inspection results.
